Futures Spa and Fitness: Futures Life Skills Centre

Futures Spa and Fitness is a modern, specially designed facility for people who have difficulty accessing a traditional gym or spa due to injury, mobility issues or physical disabilities. Personal training guidance, physiotherapy and specially-designed, wheelchair-friendly gym equipment can help those needing post-operative rehabilitation as well as those with a long-term disability.

Our accessible spa bath, sauna and massage therapy services could be just what's needed to reduce chronic pain, muscular aches and tension, helping to improve your general well-being.

To access our Gym & Spa facilities you will need to register at the Futures Life Skills Centre. We offer gym sessions on a pay as you go basis or on a monthly package.

Both our Gym & Spa are IFI Accredited.
