Radio Lewes is a membership led internet webcasting radio station founded and run by members of the Oyster Project charity based in Lewes. Members produce their own shows in a purpose built, air conditioned recording booth, shows are then published as podcasts and live shows. Membership facilitates work-like experience for members 18+ with disability.
Radio Lewes can be listened to on smart phones, internet/wifi radios, iPads, tablets, voice assistants such as Alexa and any wifi connected computer. "Alexa, find Radio Lewes on TuneIn"
For smart phones we recommend the TuneIn app (free) available for all devices.
We broadcast 24/7 and live 10-11 Thursdays and 10 -12 Saturdays.
Presenters focus on their own musical tastes and expertise. We also promote Lewes, local musicians and the music scene, local history, disability issues and more.
