Yoga classes for adult beginners on Saturday mornings in Hastings. Classes are run by a qualified teacher, trained by the British Wheel of Yoga. Lessons are 60 minutes long and there is space for up to 16 pupils in each class.
The classes are friendly and informal, and the atmosphere is non-competitive and relaxed. Each lesson starts by working on the breath to settle the mind and body. This is then followed by a series of postures that make up the main part of the class, and concludes with a period of relaxation.
