Beginners Yoga Course, Bexhill

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until April 6, 2019
Suitable for everyone.
This is a 6 week course.
A small group learning together and creating a safe, beneficial and enjoyable yoga practice to continue confidently on your own or in a class.
We will work on the physical practice – learning together different yoga postures to strengthen and improve flexibility and balance throughout the body.
We will also discuss:
- How to use your breath to find ease in your body while performing yoga poses
- How to use techniques to calm and slow down our busy minds.
The classes will be in a welcoming, enjoyable, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
