East Sussex Complex Emotional Needs - Consultation and Training Team (PICT)
People with Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) can experience difficulties, such as regulating emotions and maintaining relationships and may have experienced trauma growing up. Complex emotional needs are also associated with personality disorder. The term complex emotional needs has been adopted because of stigma associated with the personality disorder diagnosis, although some people do find the diagnosis to be helpful. This Padlet sets out the services which the East Sussex Complex Emotional Needs Consultation and Training team offers to primary care and VCSE partners to support professionals working with people with CEN.
