Jane Bright is a level 3 mat Pilates instructor and Reiki therapist in Eastbourne ( Jane Bright Wellbeing ). She is undertaking training to become a Menopause Movement Coach and is passionate about making perimenopause and menopause a time of renewal and strength .
She will be talking about how exercise can improve peri/menopause symptoms and pelvic floor dysfunction/ pelvic organs prolapse as well as getting you involved in some chair pilates if you would like to join in!
