Description
Stronger for Life - Improving strength and balance for people who are at risk of falling. Great for people who want to gain fitness with steady slow movements, rehabilitation & recovery. Open to all abilities, seated options available.
The session will include:
- A slow and gentle warm up to bring movement to the body
- Strength and balance exercises
- Simple resistance exercises
- A short cardio section to music
- A seated stretch and cool down.
