This course will look at what stress is and what causes it. Learn how to recognise the signs of stress and anxiety and how they affect wellbeing. Learn relaxation techniques and how to respond more positively to life’s challenges. Delivered in a safe and friendly environment by an experienced Instructor.
6 week course: Every Wednesday 18th, 25th September, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd October 2024 1.00pm - 3.30pm
