Description
A Heritage Open Day event.
Sussex Blazing Saddles is a heritage project which has been exploring the impact of bicycles on women between 1890, when bicycles first became available, and 1928, when women won the vote. The project has delved into local archives to create an exhibition; run movement workshops with bicycles and sewing workshops to re imagine what cycling can look like for women today. Explore the Sussex Blazing Saddles exhibition in Brighton's Jubilee Library foyer from 16-30 September. A unique free outdoor cycling performance will take place in Brighton on 22nd September. More details can be found at Brighton Blazing Saddles | KP-Projects
