WRAP for Carers Course – Uckfield

If you are an unpaid carer, supporting someone who couldn’t manage without your help, attending a WRAP group will provide you with the opportunity to explore safe and simple tools that you can use to maintain your wellbeing and support you when you are facing challenges. WRAP provides you with a framework which can support you in every part of your life.
