Eames Counselling

Hello, I am Ria - a counsellor working in Bexhill-On-Sea with adults and young people from 10 years plus.

I am a school counsellor, and part of a circus group in Eastbourne as their youth counsellor. I also work with autism and ADHD.

Clients report having therapy with me means they are more able to acknowledge their difficulties in their life, finding more meaning and offer compassion to themselves as a result of talking to someone.

We create a road map and start to navigate together, learning how to navigate on your own again - you may not know where to start and together we can work this out.

What Counselling can do is acknowledge and validate thoughts and feelings, you may want to use words, or channel this through creativity such as writing, music, drawing - anything that fits who you are.
