Peacehaven Art and Craft Club

​We are a group of artists and craft makers who enjoy getting together to be creative alongside making friends and socialising. During our weekly club time, you will have the opportunity to explore other artists working practices, we offer free refreshments during group time and also enjoy different events throughout the year. The club was founded as an art club in September 1999, and recently spread to welcoming crafts since 2023. We have the aim of painting, craft work and creativity, alongside chat and companionship; this concept produces a relaxed atmosphere where advice and instruction is freely given to those who want it and a friendly, objective critique to the excellent work that is produced.
There are many mediums used by our members such as oils, watercolours, acrylic and pencils as well as knitting, felting and crochet. We welcome new ideas (no heavy machinery please) and everyone loves to see new mediums coming in.
