This entry was last updated: 29th August, 2019

Seaford Down’s Syndrome and Special Needs Support Group Swimming Programme is for children with complex needs. Swimming is a great form of exercise and can help improve muscle tone on those muscles that children with complex needs might not otherwise be able to exercise effectively. Improves co-ordination and self-confidence. All sessions are designed to be fun as well as instructive. Safety in the water is paramount at all times. Each session is run by fully training swimming instructors and lasts 30 minutes.
