RCSAS is a women-only independent organisation based in Crawley, providing a high standard of professional support to female survivors of sexual violence. We are a member of Rape Crisis (England and Wales) and adhere to their occupational standards of service delivery and we are a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Counselling Centre. We offer:

  • National Rape Crisis Helpline – Emotional support and information for female survivors of sexual violence and their supporters. Freephone 0808 802 9999, open 365 days a year from 12-2.30pm and 7-9.30pm.
  • Counselling – Fully qualified counsellors, specialists in the field of sexual violence.
  • Advocacy – Emotional and practical support and information for survivors of sexual violence who are contemplating reporting to the police or have reported and are going through the Criminal Justice System, up to and including the trial.
  • Outreach
  • Group therapy
  • Training
