Cherish Social Health & Wellbeing CIC

This entry was last updated: 16th July, 2018

Cherish supports vulnerable and disabled people by Life Skills Coaching & Mentoring.

Our experience covers Mental health, physical and sensory impairment and invisible illness.

We work one to one with clients after an initial informal meeting.  We also design and deliver classes and workshops for very small groups of people to help with social interaction.  Principally, we teach through our signature services Creative-ability and Organise Me.

Our work is widely acknowledged for our ability to motivate and encourage people to leave the home, try new things and take more control over their challenges.   Our clients have been greatly influenced and benefitted from, the way we introduce them to good food.

Cherish serves an adult client base, historically targeting working age  adults. We also work with elderly adults individually and in small groups in and outside of residential care.

Area Served

We work across East Sussex, particularly in Wealden.  Activities funded by the Hastings & Rother Clinical Commissioning Group are for people living in specified wards in Hastings and Bexhill.

Grant Funded activities allow us to waive any token charge for participants.  Any other activity charges are by arrangement.
