Stretch for less stress with mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation when you attend Karen Dodd’s yoga sessions at Southdown Sports Centre BN7 3PR.  Gentle classes for all levels and beginners very welcome.

Karen has been practising yoga for over 20 years and recently completed her 500 hours training with the British Wheel of Yoga.

  • Classes are Friday mornings 9.30-11am and Wednesday evenings 8-9.30pm at Lewes Southdown Sports Club.

First class is free, thereafter £7 drop in or book a block 5 of non consecutive lessons for £25.

Karen is also trained in antenatal yoga and has three children of her own.
