ESVS is a charity that supports adults who are blind or have a vision impairment and live in East Sussex; including Wealden, Lewes, Rother, and Brighton and Hove. We promote independence, confidence, health and wellbeing and work to reduce social isolation by increasing awareness of sight loss and the support available for it.
The Aids & Equipment Co-ordinator and his Personal Assistant invite people to visit the A&E centre at Head Office, to show them the latest equipment and software that will enable people with sight loss to be independently mobile inside and outside their homes.
There is a huge range of technology and the Aids and Equipment team give people access to the latest I.T gadgets which are appropriate for the individual person’s needs, to make leaving the house a safe and positive experience.
