Swoove Fitness

Swoove with Cat is spreading the Swoove bug across the South East, with classes currently offered in Hampden Park, Hailsham, Woodingdean and St Leonards on Sea.

To Swoove is to sing, whoop and move and it’s so much fun that you’ll forget you’re exercising! There’s a Swoove class for everyone, so don’t miss out.

• Swoove Fitness is suitable for anyone of any ability - work as hard as you like!
• Swoove Attitude is for the children. We’ll be moving to a variety of music, from chart hits to Disney tracks!
• Swoove Life is a seated class, aimed at but not limited to Dementia patients within care homes. This consists of slow, gentle movements to some great tunes from throughout the decades which we can belt out!
