Assisting patients attend important medical appointments.

CTLA provides a Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) service providing bus travel from home to attend hospital, clinic and doctor’s appointments. This type of bus service is especially essential for the elderly and any passengers with any mobility impairments needing to attend regular appointments and treatment.

Our NEPT buses run with volunteer MiDAS trained Drivers. Our patient service buses are also equipped with access equipment on board for wheelchairs, motorised chairs, etc.
