Each Help in Hand covers one of 10 areas in East Sussex and one for Brighton and Hove.

Help in Hand areas are made up of many towns, districts and villages. When you choose to search ESCIS using an area, you will see all the entries which provide services in the area you have chosen.

East Sussex Help in Hand Areas

Help in Hand directories can be found in Libraries across the county.

You can order copies of  Help in Hand area directories in two ways:
