Careium (ESCC partner)

Careium (formerly Welbeing) helps vulnerable people to remain living independently, secure in the knowledge that help is at hand, 24 hours a day, at the touch of a button.

Careium works in partnership with East Sussex County Council to deliver its telecare service across the county.

You may be eligible for this service if:

• you have health problems
• are frail, or
• have a disability.
