Connect to Work can help you find a job or stay in work.

Connect to Work is an employment programme in East Sussex that supports people with health conditions, disabilities or other specific disadvantages to find or stay in work.

Working with our employment specialists, we can help you to find a job that matches your individual strengths and employment goals.  Or provide the help you need to stay in the job you love.

How it works:

Chat with the application team

We’ll arrange a call to explain how Connect to Work can support you. If Connect to Work isn’t the right programme for you, we can suggest other programmes that are more suitable.

Talk with your employment specialist

The employment specialist will personalise the support to fit your needs. They'll help identify your strengths and goals, and together you'll decide the actions to get there.

Find or Improve your job

We’ll help you find a new job that matches your needs, interests and skills. Or you can get the support in your current job that suits your needs.

Meet Employers

We’ll meet with employers or work with your current employer to help find you new opportunities.

In-work support

We’ll keep supporting you as you settle into employment. We can even coordinate your support with other needs, such as health services.

To apply for Connect to Work, you must:

• Be 18 or older
• Have the right to live and work in the UK
• Not be enrolled in a DWP employment programme
