Dementia Information & Support Courses CIC (DISC)

DISC is a service to support the carers of people with Dementia. We will support you from the journey to diagnosis until the end of your caring role.

Our Services:

• Facilitated support groups
• Carer information courses
• 1 to 1 support through face tot face meetings, email, telephone and Zoom
• Information and signposting
• Referrals into other appropriate services
• DISC Dementia Guides
• Training for other professionals
• Support from pre -diagnosis through post bereavement
