Heartsease

Heartsease exists for those who are alone, usually through bereavement.  Although based at SBC, anyone in the Seaford area may join. We have contact with over seventy people, and between forty and fifty attend each meeting. Our meetings generally include tea, a bite to eat accompanied by a range of speakers.

We meet on the first Friday of the month from 2:30pm to 4pm
