High Weald Family Hub covering Uckfield, Heathfield, Crowborough and Ticehurst

Family Hubs and Youth Hubs across East Sussex are organised into areas. Uckfield Family Hub is in the High Weald area.

Activities to support your child’s learning and development

• Early Years Play and Learn sessions - for families with children under-five with concerns about development in the prime areas such as play and interactions.
• Sunflowers - a group for families concerned about their child’s development in communication, interactions and / or play skills.

Tuesdays

• Stay & Play (0-5 years) 10am - 11:30am Ticehurst Village Hall
• Baby Group (0-12 months) 1pm - 2pm Uckfield Family Hub

Thursdays

• Baby Group (0-12 months) 1pm - 2pm Heathfield Youth Hub

Fridays:

• Discovery Tots (0-5 years) 10am - 11:30am Uckfield Family Hub
• Music Group (0-5 years) 1pm - 2pm Uckfield Family Hub

Free antenatal support is available for all first-time parents across East Sussex.
