At Home Instead we offer quality companionship and care services to older people in their own homes, where they are happiest.  The areas we cover include Bexhill on Sea, Battle, St Leonards on Sea and Hastings.

We are a local and family run company since 2016 and are part of the national, award-winning Home Instead family. Many of the team have first-hand experience caring for a loved one, so we understand the challenges, doubts, and emotions that each family is going through.

It doesn't matter how simple or complex our clients' needs are, our Care Professionals ensure that each individual is cared for with respect, dignity and compassion. Our Care Professionals are fully trained, referenced and DBS checked, and are matched to our clients based on personality, interests and hobbies. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Our care is highly personalised and is built around the needs of the individual and always in accordance with your wishes. We visit when you want us to at a time that is convenient to you and your family members. The same Care Professional attends each client. Our visits are for a minimum of 1 hour and can be from a few hours a day up to 24 hours 7 days a week.

We offer a range of services that can be tailored around the needs and wishes of your family members. From Companionship and Befriending to Home Help and Personal Care services, as well as Recuperating and Convalescing following an illness or an accident.  We also offer respite support.  We regard it is a special privilege to look after people with care and compassion.

The areas that we cover are: Bexhill, Bexhill-on-Sea, Cooden, Little Common, Battle, Catsfield, Crowhurst, Fairlight, Hastings, Hooe, Icklesham, St Leonards-on-Sea, Netherfield, Ninfield, Pett, Sedlescombe, Westfield and Winchelsea.
