Those needing our support can be referred in by other services or contact us directly and complete the form on our website. The first step is an initial consultation; 45 minutes with an experienced counsellor to give you the opportunity to speak at length about where you are at, what you need and find out more about how Muma Nurture can support you. Where possible we try to get this arranged within a week to alleviate further anxieties.

Our support is available to all regardless of financial capability, and as there is a significant cost to providing specialist counselling we request that you donate what you can towards your therapy. You can do this however it suits you; weekly or monthly when you get paid, in one lump sum . . . or perhaps through some fundraising maybe after your therapy is complete and you are more able? All donations are greatly appreciated and help us to continue to provide our vital support for others like you.

Our other services include perinatal walk and talk, pregnancy yoga, mum and baby yoga, holistic therapies, support groups and community activities. Some of these are paid for and some run as and when funding and demand allows.

Services are available face to face in Eastbourne or online across the UK.
