The Pantry supports people who are experiencing food poverty. It provides medium term support through a membership scheme. Membership is reviewed every six months. For a donation of £3 per visit members have weekly access to items of long life food and toiletries plus fresh fruit, vegetables and bread.
New members are welcome but membership numbers are limited in line with food supplies. Proof of benefit will be required. We also know that some working people need food support as irregular incomes often lead to a crisis.
Referrals can be taken from local agencies who must provide evidence of the client’s need.
If you can help by volunteering either in the pantry or by driving to collect food for us please call 01424 444691 and leave your details or email.
