Carers Activities in East Sussex

Care for the Carers runs a programme of activities and events for carers, which aim to give carers a break, some fun, and an opportunity to socialise with other carers.  Recent activities have included pamper days, go-karting, campaign training for carers, theatre trips, meals out, paintballing, a ride on the Bluebell Railway, a cookery course and more.
