Cauda Equina Champions Charity

Cauda Equina Champions Charity supports people affected by Cauda Equina Syndrome, including those with a confirmed diagnosis, their families and carers. We provide specialist information, peer support and practical guidance to help people understand the condition, manage life after diagnosis and access appropriate support.

Our services include regional workshops across the UK, offering education, awareness and connection for people living with Cauda Equina Syndrome. These sessions bring people together in supportive, accessible environments and may cover symptoms, self-management, rights, rehabilitation and emotional wellbeing.

We also provide peer support services, giving people the opportunity to connect with others who understand the physical, emotional and social impact of Cauda Equina Syndrome. This helps reduce isolation and gives individuals a safe space to share experiences and receive encouragement.
