The Hastings Youth Council provides a voice for young people in Hastings. The Youth Council campaigns on issues on behalf of young people such as improving the quality of PSHE in schools and increasing awareness of mental health.
The Youth Council is made up of 25 individuals with a management committee of 8 members who meet every Thursday to discuss issues that are important to young people in Hastings. The management committee also use this time to plan events and campaigns related to these issues such as our mental health awareness initiative.
