Hula Hoop Dance Classes in Brighton, since 2008. Learn to hoop with Brighton's Original Hoop Dance Company. Strengthen and Tone your body in a fun, exciting and challenging way. Using adult dance hoops makes hooping so much easier to learn and is a great way to fitness. Tuesday nights - learn hoop combos, tricks, body rolls, knee and chest hooping. Hoop dance challenges your mind and body and also brings out your playful side. Come and explore the possibilities and develop a new passion.

Six week courses run continuously throughout the year
at The Hanover Community Centre, Brighton, BN2 9UD

Beginners/Improvers Hoop Dance Class - Monday 6.15-7.15 pm
Improvers/Intermediate Hoop Dance Class - Tuesday 6.15pm-7.15pm
£65  per course

Hoop Dance is not just a great cardio workout, it helps develop co-ordination, poise and self-confidence and is a great way to leave stress behind. The main emphasis however is on Fun and learning to dance to great music with your hoop!
