Once you have swum naked you will never want to use costumes again. It's also an ideal introduction to naturism which is simply not to wear clothes when they are not needed.

Couples and singles are welcome.

During the year we have plenty of other naked activities which are shown on the Events page. For instance, we pioneered the Naked Heart Walks you can find on Eventbrite in aid of the British Heart Foundation and now run across England and Wales. We have regular socials and saunas, as well as trips to museums, art galleries and gardens. Our beach days are held at the quiet Normans Bay naturist beach near Cooden in Bexhill.
