Probus Club of Eastbourne and Willingdon

The Probus Club of Eastbourne was founded in 1974 for retired and semi-retired professionals and businessmen in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex for social and leisure purposes. In May 2026 the club merged with the Probus Club of Willingdon and became the Probus Club of Eastbourne and Willingdon and accepts membership applications for membership from the Eastbourne and Willingdon areas.

Retirement can come too early for many people who want and are able to remain active. This friendly Probus Club is for like-minded men, out of the world of Business and Professions, who would like to meet twice a month, once for a relaxed lunch/meeting at the Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne, and once for a coffee morning meeting at Willingdon Golf Club. Following coffee at the coffee morning meeting a talk is presented by an external speaker or one of our own members.
