Activity and study groups for retired and semi-retired people.
We meet at Rye Community Centre in Conduit Hill on the third Monday of the month at 2pm (except July and August) where an invited speaker gives a talk on a varied selection of topics.
There are also activity and study groups for art appreciation, boules, current affairs, French, furniture restoration, history discussion, Italian, literature, luncheons, mahjong, members on their own, military history, music, needles and pins, photography, poetry, quizzes, scrabble, Spanish, walking, wildlife study and bird watching, wine, beer and cider appreciation and wordplay.
