A voluntary organisation offering support to Eastbourne residents as they try to get to grips with their technology - laptops, tablets, smartphones etc. Helping absolute beginners, especially those over 50, is our speciality. We offer one-to-one support in a warm and friendly atmosphere, there are no formal lessons as we are lead by the learner's own wishes. No booking is required and learners are free to drop in at any session, at any time. To enable us to provide this service we ask for a £5 donation per session.
Sessions are held at:
At Leaf Hall we meet in the Library of this lovely grade 2 listed building. Free Wi-Fi and refreshments, there is a bus stop directly outside the building.
At St John’s Parish Hall, we work in conjunction with the Coffee Pot Plus coffee morning and paperback library. Free Wi-Fi and refreshments, there is a bus stop directly outside the building. Lunches are served by the St John’s team at 12 noon, costing £4.
We are a mobile group and have delivered our sessions in various venues around Eastbourne. If you are a member of a group that would like us to deliver a set of sessions especially for you, please contact us to discuss further.
