Award winning Old Town Community Library, Eastbourne, is a charity library entirely run and led by volunteers. The library offers books, free internet, laptops, printing, a superb selection of adult fiction, a small non-fiction area, large print, audiobooks and a lovely children's area.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-5pm
Wednesdays 10am-2pm
Fridays and Saturdays 10am-1pm
Having undergone a £15,000 refurbishment the library provides a friendly, warm and bright environment for all.
For small groups and individuals, the Library may be available for private hire (for classes, meetings and educational purposes) at £8 per hour. The hire comes with the use of the kitchen/office and toilet areas plus laptops if required.
The library can be hired every evening and also daytime on Mondays and Wednesdays and Saturday afternoons.

All our income is reinvested into the library and for the benefit of the local community.

The library has double front doors, no steps so easily accessible for buggy, mobility scooter and wheelchairs.
The toilet is only accessible if you can walk a short distance.
