Kent Telecare Lifeline Services is a Kent-based family business specialising in the installation of home telecare and Lifeline solutions. We also supply Key Safes & Mobile GPS / SOS Devices with built-in monitoring.

We offer the following services:

1. Complete supply installation and monitoring 24/7, 365 days of our home-based Lifeline services
2. Complete integration of additional monitoring devices such as Bed Sensor, Fall Detector, Flood Detector, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector plus many more devices to help people live independently at home.
3. We also provide and install a new GPS Mobile Device. This has 24hr monitoring and will alert family and friends of any emergency via text or email. For people who may have the onset of Dementia, or who live alone but still like to go for walks or take a pet out. If they have a problem and need assistance we know where they are within 5-10 metres and can arrange help.
4. We now supply a new GPS watch that has all the features of our home-based system but with the added advantage of GPS tracking. Plus you can talk to your loved one or friend etc through the watch in the event of an emergency. It is also waterproof so it can be worn in the shower.
5. We also supply and fit Key Safes.

We work closely with the Social Care teams in Kent and our leaflets are given to patients in all the cottage hospitals in Kent. We also distribute our leaflets to most of the GP Surgeries within Kent & the South East. We have installed many systems for patients registered within this area via referrals from care companies including Involve, Imago,  Age UK & the Stroke Unit at Sheppy Hospital.
