Description
The Good Company People is a registered charity whose aim is to help people over 65 to enjoy more independent fulfilling lives for longer. Whether you are feeling isolated, you are caring for someone with dementia or you are experiencing cognitive changes or living with dementia, we are here for you.
We provide a range of highly personalised services to support your changing needs and those of the person you care for. Our services include: social events, affordable day services, carer support and meet ups and access to dementia specialists. Give us a call to find out about our weekly clubs.
Our service is located in the High Weald Primary Care Network across Crowborough, Mayfield, Rotherfield, Wadhurst, Hartfield & Groombridge.
