Description

** New from 16th July 2024 ** Cuckoo Trail activity mornings **

We are delighted to be launching a new Cuckoo Trail project that is designed to help people to improve health and wellbeing with a bit of exercise in the outdoors, by connecting with nature and enhancing the local environment for everyone to enjoy.

All completely free!

Every Tuesday, there will be a Cuckoo Trail Health Walk, starting from rotating Cuckoo Trail car parks, top to bottom, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays, we’ll have Cuckoo Trail Green Gym sessions. Green Gyms are TCV’s flagship conservation-for-health projects – three hour sessions of conservation volunteering with a health and wellbeing focus. This means there will be different types of activity for different fitness levels, all pulling together to enhance the Cuckoo Trail and help everyone to enjoy the nature and beauty along the pathway.

Locations vary week to week, please get in touch with Becky to find out more: [email protected] / 07483 045706
