Description
Join the Eastbourne Concert Orchestra on Saturday 18th October as we kick-off our 75th Anniversary season in style with Phoenix Choir, soloists and members of Eastbourne Choral Society perfoming masterpieces by both Mozart and Haydn.
The Orchestra opens the concert with the overture to Mozart's comic-opera Cosi Fan Tutte and the finale of his 'Musical Joke' followed by Haydn's enigmatic 94th Symphony - the Surprise.
The second half sees the ECO join forces with Phoenix Choir, local soloists and members of Eastbourne Choral Society in Haydn's 'Nelson Mass' a real tour-de-force of the classical era.
Tickets are £15, available on the door, and under 18s are welcomed free of charge.
