Active Hastings is the easy, fun way to get your everyday dose of physical activity.
It only takes 30 minutes of activity a day for adults and 60 minutes of activity a day for children to get fitter, healthier and happier. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! Website with details of various sporting activities for all ages.
Offers families sessions, active street games for 10-16 year olds and Girls Gettin' Active activities for 10 -16 year olds in the Hastings and St Leonards area. Also holiday activities in the local area. Lots of information about keeping fit and healthy.
