I am an Ofsted registered childminder. In addition to being a mother, I also hold the below qualifications and I am dedicated to continued professional development. My setting offers a home away from home, La Petite Mama in its very name stands for the little mama. I believe that tuning into each child’s uniqueness, following their interests and pairing these with carefully thought-out activities that support their development, will enable them to thrive. To do this I work closely with parents to get to know every child as deeply as possible. My style is gentle, attuned, positive and encouraging and I believe most of all children should learn to grow and develop in a loving environment. MY SERVICE I provide your little one with a variety of different activities and outings which are all carefully thought-out and aim to promote your little one’s learning in several key developmental areas. My setting is a safe, caring and stimulating environment, enabling them to achieve their full potential. I place a strong emphasis on learning and development through play, acknowledging individual skills and abilities. I have a huge appreciation for nature and its benefits, together with your little one we will take time to discover ways to connect with it each and every day, while suitably wrapped up for any adventure that takes their fancy. I limit the number of children in my care to three to ensure your little one receives as much focused attention as possible. I am available four days a week 7:45am-5:30pm.
