Description
If you look after a relative, friend or neighbour who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems we are here to support you. We provide a range of free services including information, advice, carer groups, counselling, learning activities and events for unpaid carers. Carers can sign up to receive our bi-monthly e-newsletter and CareLine Magazine which has information and updates for carers. Carers can also sign up for the free East Sussex Carers Card that identifies you as a carer in an emergency, offers an Emergency Respite plan (the CRESS card) and discounts from businesses.
