Description
Jumping up and down on a mini trampoline seems like such a simple concept.
But when you add motivating, carefully choreographed routines to dance-based music and disco lights you create a type of euphoria that's hard to describe.
For an hour you can forget your worries and leave the day's stress at the door. You can quite literally ((BOUNCE)) it off, let off that steam and shift any negative energy into something productive that feels so good. It's a release. It's not just about the physical health benefits, it's all the positive feelings that come from it - the joy, pride, strength.
((BOUNCE)) is a HIIT workout on mini trampolines, otherwise known as rebounding.
A standard ((BOUNCE)) class is 40 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of strength training for a full body workout, with high intensity but low impact.
We have created a welcoming and fun space for locals to workout and stay active. Our slogan is Fun, Friendly, Fierce: Fun being the dance based tunes we workout to. Friendly to reflect the inclusive nature of our classes, everybody is welcome and there's no judgement. And Fierce because, well, you can burn up to 700 calories per class.
Rebounding is 3 times more effective than floor based workouts, and it's easy on your joints as the trampoline absorbs 87% of the impact. There's a whole plethora of health benefits - NASA even reported it as the most effective form of exercise devised by man.
But it's not just a fitness class - it's a Fun, Friendly, Fierce space to stay active, get fit, feel stronger and happier. And it's a privilege to share this with our attendees.

((B)) BLAST is a 45 min version of a standard ((BOUNCE)) class, but with the optional hand weights.
((B)) BALANCE is a blend of yoga, Pilates, and barre on the mini trampolines. Perfect for beginners, or for those who want a lighter cardio option with heavier focus on strength training and toning.
There's no membership needed and we have three ticket options to choose from:
£7.50 for a single class
£65 for 10 classes (must be used within 60 days)
£125 for 20 classes (must be used within 365 days)
Booking is online only and must be done in advance to secure a space.
Our classes take place in Lewes at Landport Community Hub, on Landport Road, BN7 2SU. There's free parking outside and on the road opposite.
