Mark Fellows
As the proud owner of Fellows Dental Practice, Mark Fellows has been at the helm since 2008, succeeding his parents, who founded the practice over 30 years ago. Graduating with distinction in 2002 from St. Bartholomew and the Royal London School of Dentistry, Mark then gained membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons in 2004 and holds an MSc in Dental Implantology from the University of Bristol (2012)
Mark’s career has seen him contribute to specialist maxillofacial teams in hospitals and excel in general practice. Known for his gentle touch, Mark prioritises your comfort throughout dental treatments. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his 2012 completion of a Masters Degree in Dental Implantology, offering evidence-based implant treatments at Fellows Dental Practice.
Outside the practice, Mark treasures family time with his wife Catherine and their children Sophie, William, and Lottie. A passionate enthusiast of skiing, cycling, and camping, Mark embraces life’s adventures beyond dentistry.
José Costa
José qualified as a Dentist in Brazil in the year 2000.
He then worked in Private Practice in Brazil until moving to England in 2003. He continued to work in the dental field and passed his overseas registration exams in 2012. He has since then been working in Private Practice.
José is married to Mareike and they have 3 gorgeous little children aged 1, 4 and 6. José lives in Eastbourne and is really excited to be working locally.
José shares the same treatment philosophy as the other members of the team believing that attention to detail and delivering top quality dentistry in conjunction with current clinical evidence is key.
He is a really lovely, friendly and empathetic man who pays great attention to detail, providing an excellent quality of dentistry with a gentle caring attitude. We think you will really enjoy seeing him for your continuing dental care.
Outside of work José loves spending time with his family, going for long walks in the beautiful Sussex countryside and along the beach. He is also a keen gardener with a green thumb and enjoys growing various fruits and berries, then turning some into delicious jams. His idea of a relaxing time is watching a good film and meeting with friends for games night playing Super Mario!
