The Somatic Therapies Centre

A beautiful new centre in the heart of Hove.  The centre is a multidisciplinary space offering Deep Tissue, Sports & Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Shiatsu and Bowen technique treatments,  Somatic Experiencing, Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as Yoga, Pilates and Breathwork workshops.

As a therapist with over 40 years experience as a body worker and counsellor, I wanted to created a space where people could explore and connect body and mind.  The centre is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and explore their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
