1066 Therapy

1066 Therapy is an established private therapy practice situated near Battle. I have been a practising therapist for 18 years. I specialise in helping people with anxiety and anxiety-related issues. This problem is linked to most others, including stress, eating/drinking issues, phobias, sleep problems, trauma, complex PTSD and so on. I am able to work remotely if you are not in my area.

I am a Certified Lifespan Integration therapist. I am a licenced PICT (Parks Inner Child Therapy) Practitioner. In April 2015 I was proud to be awarded a Fellowship of the International Association of Evidence Based Psychotherapists (IAEBP).
