Dementia Adventure is an award-winning charity with a vision for a more active and fulfilled life for everyone living with dementia. Research shows that connection to nature and outdoor activity has significant health and wellbeing benefits for people with dementia, and we’ve proven that with the right support, it is possible to access those benefits in enjoyable ways.

We provide supported holidays, free online dementia training for family and friends, and training for professionals and organisations.
