Supporting families with complex needs - East Sussex

The Early Help Keywork Service supports families with many or complex needs. These may include:

• the parent, carer or child’s mental health
• domestic abuse
• drug or alcohol misuse
• housing or homelessness
• poor school attendance
• parenting a child with special needs
• the loss of a loved one

A keyworker will build a relationship with the family and support them for 6 months. Together, they will create an action plan to help the family achieve long-term positive change.
